Dinosaur Farm Holidays

The Dinosaur Farm Museum

At least 30% of a brachiosaurus dinosaur, the most complete of its type in Western Europe, was found on our farm in 1992. We were the H.Q. for "Live From Dinosaur Island", many of the scenes were filmed on our farm, and most of the panaramic views were of our cliff and the surrounding area.

We still have an extra interest on the Dinosaur Farm. In 2013 former staff of the Dinosaur Farm Museum set-up Dinosaur Expeditions C.I.C., a Community Interest Company, to help the local community and visitors to the island learm more about our unique fossil heritage and locally produced Palaeoart.

The Dinosaur Expeditions, Conservation and Palaeoart Centre has displays of dinosaur fossils, palaeoart, children's activities and a fossil gift shop.

Dinosaur Expeditions also organise fossil hunting trips throughout the year at a variety of locations on the Isle of Wight, led by their experienced professional guides.

Terms and conditions apply, so please visit their website or call 01983 740844 for more information.
